Peace! I was inspired to create a blog to share my poor attempts at poetry by a dog who splashed in a creek where I was sitting, simply enjoying herself and God's wonderful gift of life, sun, water, and air. So, here are the words that came:
Nora the dog she delighted
in gurgling water to splash
Nora the dog she reminded
me of its power to wash.
Nora the dog, all excited
in that life-giving water to roll
Nora the dog, she invited
me to recover my soul.
Thank you, Lord! Thank you, Nora.
